Product Description

A UV-resistant polyaspartic topcoat engineered specifically for the Graniflex system. Fast-curing and formulated for thin mil application — mix it, spread it with a squeegee or trowel, and back-roll with a 3/8" nap roller. Ready for light foot traffic in 6 to 8 hours.

Excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance with low odor. Formulated to meet VOC requirements in all regions including Southern California. Handles motor oil, gasoline, brake fluid, and transmission fluid without issue — built for garages, industrial floors, and commercial spaces that see real use.

Cure Schedule (75°):

  • Pot life: 3 to 45 minutes
  • Recoat: 2 to 5 hours
  • Light foot traffic: 6 to 8 hours
  • Full cure: 28 days

Recommended substrates: Concrete, plywood, cold storage areas, steel, plastic — where Graniflex system is installed.

Chemical Resistance highlights (Long-Term Immersion):

  • Motor oil, gasoline, brake fluid, transmission fluid: Long-term immersion resistant
  • 10% hydrochloric acid, 5–10% sulfuric acid, 10% phosphoric acid, 10% acetic acid: Not recommended for immersion
  • Isopropyl alcohol, propylene carbonate: 8-hour splash/spill resistant

Limitations: Perform moisture-vapor transmission test on grade slabs before application. Surface must be dry, clean, and free of foreign matter. Clear coating may turn cloudy on exterior applications due to moisture penetration. Surface may be slippery when wet.
