How to Use:

1. Hold down the wheel lock button and turn the wheel until it locks in place
2. Turn the wheel counterclockwise until the flange releases
3. Remove nut and bolt from the center of the grinding head to remove current tool
4. Slide on the 7" Velcro Adapter and tighten nut and bolt
5. Place polishing ring onto the adapter, making sure the velcro backs are together
