The Concrete Protector's Oil Guard Primer is a two-component, solvent-based epoxy-amine undercoat specifically formulated for use over petroleum oil contaminated concrete. On many concrete floors, petroleum penetrates deeply and cannot be fully removed through surface cleaning alone. Left untreated, trapped oil migrates back to the surface causing coating delamination. Oil Guard Primer penetrates the concrete, bonding with and locking in the contamination to create a stable, clean substrate ready for epoxy flooring and coating systems. Can be topcoated same day.
