The Concrete Protector's FlexKrete is an advanced thermoset vinyl polymer concrete repair system designed for both minor and major concrete repairs. From deep holes and feather-edge repairs to full overlays and leveling applications, FlexKrete handles it all with outstanding compressive strength of over 10,000 psi and the flexibility to cure at temperatures below 0°F. Non-toxic and zero VOC, it delivers a very resilient and durable repair that holds up under demanding conditions. Kit includes catalyst.

Cure Schedule (at 77°F):

• Pot Life with 80% aggregate: approx. 20 minutes at 77°F, 12 minutes at 100°F
• Pot Life without aggregate: approx. 13 minutes at 77°F, 7 minutes at 100°F
• Tack Free: 30-90 minutes
• Light Foot Traffic: 45-90 minutes
• Recoat/Topcoat: 30-90 minutes
• Full Cure: 90 minutes

Coverage:

• 1 gal. FlexKrete + 3.5 gal. sand yields approximately:
• 120 sq. ft. at 1/16" thickness
• 60 sq. ft. at 1/8" thickness
• 30 sq. ft. at 1/4" thickness
• 15 sq. ft. at 1/2" thickness
• 8 sq. ft. at 1" thickness
• Broadcast: 50-100 sq. ft. per gallon depending on porosity, aggregate, and thickness

Chemical Resistance:

• Excellent immersion and splash/spill resistance: saltwater, water

Limitations:

• All surfaces must be clean and free of oil, dirt, grease, scale, coatings, and moisture before application
• Remove any existing asphalt materials before application
• New concrete must be aged 28 days before application
• Do not over-trowel
• Catalyze before adding sand

How to Use:

1. Pour the appropriate amount of FlexKrete into a measuring container and add 1.2 oz. catalyst per gallon
2. Mix for 30-60 seconds with a mixer
3. Add 3-4 parts sand for slurry and mix another 30-60 seconds
4. Apply to repair areas with a brush and/or roller, or apply slurry with a metal trowel
