A one-component water-based hydrophobic organic polymer and silane/siloxane surface conditioner and stain guard designed specifically for the grind and polish of concrete. Fortifies and densifies the surface, increases durability, stain resistance and abrasion resistance, reduces dusting and water absorption, and protects against moisture damage. For indoor use only on concrete with a functional vapor barrier. Applied by garden sprayer followed by a lint-free finish mop for a thin, even coat. Allow to dry completely before final polishing. Keep floor dry for at least 24 hours after final polish.
