5" PCD 24 Seg Threaded

When a coating needs to come off fast, this is the wheel for it. The PCD 24 Seg uses 24 diamond segments in a hardened steel body to aggressively strip paint, glue, acrylics, urethane, and epoxy from concrete surfaces — wet or dry.

The optimized diamond matrix clears material quickly, while the enhanced geometric design cuts down on vibration so extended grinding sessions don't beat up the operator. Venting holes dissipate heat throughout the wheel to extend its life under heavy use. Coverage runs 2,000 to 5,000 sq. ft. per wheel depending on coating type and surface condition.
