Protector-Flex Joint Fill 2gal

The Concrete Protector's Protector-Flex Joint Fill is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy joint fill system designed for concrete and cement expansion joints where a resilient, flexible joint material is needed. With a long pot life, excellent impact resistance, and 60% elongation at break, it handles joint movement without cracking or delaminating. Zero VOC formula and 100% solids make it a compliant choice for demanding commercial and industrial floor applications. Available in 2 gal and 10 gal kits.

Limitations:

• All new concrete must be cured at least 30 days before application
• Substrate temperature must be 5°F above dew point
• Product must be mixed thoroughly. Improper mixing can cause soft spots and failure
• Color stability may be affected by humidity, chemical exposure, or sodium vapor lighting
• Colors may vary from batch to batch
• Not UV color stable
• Not transparent in natural color

How to Use:

1. Pre-mix Part A and Part B separately
2. Combine 1 part Part A and 1 part Part B and mix thoroughly with a low speed mixer
3. Optional: Add 1 part sand to thicken
4. Pour into the joint and remove any excess material with a putty knife or similar tool
