SANI-TRED Grout - 1 Gallon

The Concrete Protector's SANI-TRED Grout is a hydrophobic, water-activated MDI polyurethane grout and foam seal grout designed for filling voids, cracks, and honeycombing in stone and concrete structures. Upon contact with moisture, it reacts and expands to seal active leaks and water infiltration points from the inside. 100% solids and 100% solvent free, the reacted material does not shrink or swell, making it a reliable, long-term solution for stopping water in concrete foundations, block walls, and masonry structures. Includes accelerator. Available in 1 Gallon and 5 Gallon.

Limitations:

• Moisture must be sufficient to ensure reaction
• Mandatory to add 15X Accelerator to ensure complete reaction
• Do not mix more material than can be pumped within a reasonable time
• High temperatures and humidity decrease gel time

How to Use:

1. Drill a hole at the leak location using a 1/2" masonry drill bit
2. Insert a SANI-TRED Zerk into the drilled hole, ensuring the entire rubber portion is inserted
3. Using a wrench, turn the hex portion of the Zerk clockwise until it creates a positive seal within the hole
