Product Description
The Concrete Protector's Liquid Rubber Base (LRB) is a single component, high solids, water inducted, low VOC, environmentally safe, liquid applied hybrid polyurethane protective membrane. This low odor, solvent-free waterproofing membrane can be used indoors or outdoors. LRB bonds permanently to properly prepared and PermaFlex primed substrates such as concrete, wood, aluminum, steel, and some plastics, as well as most standard building materials. Will not blister, crack, peel, or delaminate from exposure to extreme ambient heat or cold as low as -45°F. Withstands hydrostatic pressure and is completely waterproof.
Mix Ratio: 15%-25% water (LRB Catalyst required if not adding TAV)
Coverage: 200 sq. ft. per gallon

Not long-term resistant to methyl alcohol or ethylene glycol

Surface should first be primed with one coat of PermaFlex
How to Use:
Premix LRB thoroughly
Add 15%-25% water and mix until water disappears. Optional: Add 0.5 oz catalyst per gallon OR 15-25% Xylene/Acetone OR mix 2 parts LRB to 1 part TAV. LRB CATALYST MUST BE USED IF NOT ADDING TAV
