Low volatility means it remains on surfaces, even vertical surfaces, working and softening rather than evaporating rapidly. Removes more paint in fewer applications than methylene chloride-containing paint strippers. Water-soluble, biodegradable, and environmentally safe. USDA approved for use in food plants.
