Product Description
The Concrete Protector's Acrylic Diamond Shield 50 is an exterior concentrated styrene copolymer in a solvent base sealer. Dries by solvent evaporation to a tough protective film with excellent resistance to UV light, water, and a wide variety of chemicals. Designed for use as a cure and seal for new concrete or as a seal coat for decorative concrete coatings. Must be mixed 1:1 with DMC or Xylene before application. Apply two thin coats for best results.

- Dry to Touch: Less than 1 hour (longer on cooler days in shade)

Recommended Applications:
- Cure and seal for new concrete

- Use over Texture Mix or Stamp Mix
Chemical Resistance:
- Motor Oil: No change
- Sodium Hydroxide: No change
- Sulfuric Acid: No change
- Gasoline: Softened
- Acetic Acid: Blistering
- Hydrochloric Acid: Loss of gloss
- Nitric Acid: Slight blistering
How to Use:
- Mix 1:1 with DMC or Xylene (if approved by your state). Mix thoroughly with drill and wand. DO NOT USE WITHOUT THINNING
- Dip and roll two thin coats over Texture Mix or Stamp Mix with a 3/4" nap jumbo roller cover and frame
- Use anti-slip additive in final coat to prevent slip and fall
- Cleanup with Xylene
Limitations:
- Restrict floor use to light traffic and non-harsh chemicals until fully cured
- Keep floor dry for full cure cycle
- Some cleaners may affect floor color - test in small area first
