The Concrete Protector's WB 221 Satin is a two component water based aliphatic polyurethane that delivers a low sheen satin finish with 55% solids. This clear topcoat is designed for use over epoxy, concrete, plywood, and Graniflex Broadcast Systems. The low VOC, low odor formula makes it ideal for occupied spaces while still providing excellent abrasion, chemical, and hot tire resistance. Fast curing formula reaches full cure in just 24 hours.

Cure Schedule (at 75°F):

Limitations:

• Will freeze during storage; store above 40°F
• On-grade slabs require moisture vapor transmission test
• Clear coating may turn cloudy with moisture penetration, especially on exterior applications
• Apply when substrate temperature is between 50°F and 85°F
• Apply in thin coats only
• Do not thin product
• Do not apply less than 350 sq ft per gallon or film properties will be impaired
• Not for use on brick

How to Use:

1. Premix Part A and Part B individually
2. Measure out the desired amount needed
3. Mix 1 part B into 2 parts A and mix thoroughly for 3 minutes
4. Apply to surface using a 3/8" nap roller
