The Concrete Protector's Black Foam Spacer 3" provides a cushioning layer between the polishing machine's backing plate and abrasive resin pads. Adds flexibility to rigid pads, helping them conform better to uneven or contoured surfaces. Absorbs vibrations and impact, reducing operator fatigue and minimizing wear on both the tool and resin pad. Features hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing for fast, secure attachment. Sold individually.

Limitations:

• Extreme heat (e.g., from dry grinding without cooling) may cause the foam to deform or melt

How to Use:

1. Align the Velcro side of the foam spacer with the backing plate of a grinder or polisher
2. Firmly press the spacer into place so it adheres securely
3. Place a 3" resin pad on top of the foam spacer (Velcro-to-Velcro), make sure it is centered and fully bonded with no loose edges
