Easy Cove

The Concrete Protector's Easy Cove is a highly engineered cove base molding designed specifically for the resinous flooring industry. Easily coated and provides numerous benefits over traditional hand-troweled and existing cove moldings. Physical properties mimic that of epoxy troweled cove while offering faster installation. Color is closely matched to clear coated concrete to eliminate large appearance variations when applying flake or color quartz to floor and cove. Can be custom made for installation and installed to any angle.

Limitations:

• Should be applied at operating temperature of the room whenever possible
• Substrate should be solid and ideally prepared to the original structural material

How to Use:

1. Once removed from the box, lay in a warm area completely flat to remove any kinks or deformities. A heat gun helps the material relax
2. Once substrate is prepared, apply Easy Cove Adhesive to both channels using a 3/16" or 1/8" bead of adhesive
3. Tilt up into position and apply even pressure using a soft cotton towel to ensure cove is completely pressed against wall and floor
