Elastathane UV 550 5gal
The binder behind TCP's ElastaStone system. ElastaThane UV 550 is a 100% solids, single-component aliphatic binder designed for rubber, SBR, and EPDM granule installations where UV stability is non-negotiable. Mixed with EPDM rubber granules, it cures into a resilient safety surface that holds up to heavy use, outdoor exposure, and freeze-thaw cycling without breaking down.

Product Description
The binder behind TCP's ElastaStone system. ElastaThane UV 550 is a 100% solids, single-component aliphatic binder designed for rubber, SBR, and EPDM granule installations where UV stability is non-negotiable. Mixed with EPDM rubber granules, it cures into a resilient safety surface that holds up to heavy use, outdoor exposure, and freeze-thaw cycling without breaking down.
Aliphatic chemistry means it won't yellow in the sun — the surface stays true to color long-term. Can also be applied as a topcoat to restore luster to an existing ElastaStone surface. No color shift when mixed with black EPDM rubber.
The 550% elongation rating allows the cured surface to flex with the substrate rather than crack, making it well-suited for outdoor installations where ground movement is a factor.
