Product Description
The Concrete Protector's Epoxy Basecoat is a two-component, 94% solids colored epoxy coating designed for applications where a high solids primer is needed before applying high solids or 100% solids topcoats for build coats over concrete. This product is a key component of The Concrete Protector's Protector Flake System. Suitable for many chemical exposure environments and offers excellent durability with oil and salt resistance.

Key Benefits:

Limitations:
- Substrate temperature must be 5°F above dew point
- All new concrete must be cured for at least 30 days prior to application
- Color stability or gloss may be affected by high humidity or chemical exposure
- Not UV color stable, topcoat recommended but optional
- Curing is inhibited with temperature below 60°F
How to Use:
- Combine 2 parts of Part A to 1 part of Part B and mix well with slow speed until thoroughly mixed
- Pour onto surface in puddles or ribbons
- Apply to concrete surface using a 3/8" nap roller and/or notched squeegee, or magic trowel
