The Concrete Protector's GraniSeal is a two-part, solvent-based, 66% solids polyaspartic aliphatic urethane clear coat designed as a thin-build topcoat for epoxy flake and quartz broadcast systems. Cure Schedule (at 70°F):

Limitations:

  • New concrete must cure at least 30 days before application
  • Substrate temperature must be at least 5°F above dew point
  • Too thick an application may cause bubbling or surface imperfections
  • Colors may vary from batch to batch
  • Restrict floor to light traffic until fully cured

How to Use:

  1. Premix Part A and Part B separately
  2. Combine 1 part A to 1 part B, mix thoroughly with a slow speed mixer
  3. Transfer mixed material to a second pail and remix
  4. Apply with a roller, squeegee, or trowel
