The Concrete Protector's Match Patch Pro Rapid Set Grout Powder is a cement-based pinhole grout filler designed for polished concrete floors. Applied after the 100 grit cut, it fills pinholes and cracks up to 1/4" and is ready to polish in just two hours. It densifies with reactive silicates, accepts concrete dyes for color matching, and bonds tenaciously at critical repair edges without chipping or breaking even at the thinnest feather edges. Does not shrink or crack. An essential step in the professional concrete polishing process.

Cure Schedule (at 75°F):

• Tack Free: 2 hours

Limitations:

• Must be stored above 55°F
• Must be at room temperature before use

How to Use:

1. Wet floor with water after the 100 grit cut
2. Liberally broadcast grout onto the floor
3. Spread dry grout evenly with a broom
4. Moisten the grout using 50% water combined with 50% CP Hydrophobic Sealer while running grout pans over the wet grout with a grinding machine
5. Let grout dry and spray densifier
6. Allow to dry completely (about 1 hour) and proceed with the polishing process
