Penetrating Hydrophobic Sealer

The Concrete Protector's CP Penetrating Hydrophobic Sealer is a water-dilutable silicone water repellent that imparts deep penetrating water repellency to concrete, masonry, and stone construction materials. Designed to treat porous surfaces including brick, stone, concrete block, mortar, and grout, it delivers fast beading action and excellent water repellency with a low VOC formula that meets California South Coast AQMD requirements. Can be applied to fresh concrete without waiting for the standard 28-day cure period. Sold in a 32 oz. concentrate bottle.

Cure Schedule (at 70°F):

• Tack Free: 15-30 minutes
• Light Foot Traffic: 30-60 minutes

Limitations:

• Do not apply in freezing temperatures or above 100°F
• Restrict floor to light traffic and non-harsh chemicals until fully cured

How to Use:

1. Mix 1 part CP Penetrating Hydrophobic Sealer to 9 parts water.
2. Using a sprayer, apply sealer in a back and forth motion creating a slight milky white appearance on the surface.
3. Using a push broom, evenly spread the sealer in a back and forth motion.
