Product Description
The Concrete Protector's Stain Guard Sealer is a one-component, water-based hydrophobic organic polymer and silane/siloxane formulated specifically for use in the grind and polish concrete process as a surface conditioner and stain guard. Applied during the polishing sequence, it densifies the concrete surface, reduces dusting, increases stain and abrasion resistance, and protects against moisture damage. For indoor concrete applications with a functional vapor barrier in place.

Apply with a typical garden sprayer to wet the surface without puddling, followed by a lint free finish mop to ensure a thin, even coat. No excess material should remain on the surface
Allow to dry completely before completing the final polishing step
Keep the floor dry for at least 24 hours after the final polishing step
