The Concrete Protector's Satin Armor Matte Floor Finish is a cherry-scented, water-based acrylic floor wax perfect for small areas as well as large commercial spaces. Can be applied by microfiber dust mop or high-speed burnisher. Yields superior long-term wear characteristics with excellent resistance to wet and dry traffic wear, providing a smooth low gloss, matte finish look for months without maintenance. This non-yellowing, non-flammable, non-combustible, non-corrosive product contains 0 g/L VOC content, making it legal for sale in all regions of the U.S. and Canada.

Recommended Applications:

• Acid stained floors
• Over metallic marble

Limitations:

• Product will freeze during storage - store above 40°F
• Block HVAC vents prior to application
• Do not subject to moisture for 18-24 hours after application
• Not recommended over carpet, tile, or floor adhesives
• Apply in very light coats only - do not puddle
• May be slippery when wet
• Not resistant to brake fluid, gasoline, and similar products
• Not resistant to hot tire pick up
• May darken new and existing concrete - test prior to use
• Interior foot traffic use only - not for outdoor use
• Only dilute for spray buffing, not normal use
• Sacrificial coating only - not a sealing compound

How to Use:

1. Allow any coatings to fully cure 3-5 days prior to applying wax. Ensure area is free of trash and debris. Mask off adjacent surfaces
2. Stir well before using. Do not pour directly onto surface - use a plastic roller pan. Apply by microfiber dust mop, synthetic fiber wax applicator, or lambs wool applicator
3. Apply at 1,000 sq. ft. per gallon in very thin coats only. Apply in one direction to a consistent, even, uniform finish. Work out any puddling or pinholes
4. Allow to dry 1-3 hours. Repeat as necessary to achieve required finish

Maintenance: Mop area clean using a light, pH neutral detergent solution. Allow to dry, then apply a coat of wax to rejuvenate the finish. May be recoated up to 100 times. For removal, use light ammonia/water solution or commercial wax stripper.
