SuperThane

The Concrete Protector's SuperThane is a clear, polyurea topcoat designed for use with the GraniFlex system. This single-component sealer delivers exceptional durability and weatherability for both indoor and outdoor applications. For optimal performance, add 5%-10% PermaFlex Accelerator to speed up cure time and assist curing in low temperature and low humidity environments. SuperThane creates a seamless waterproofing membrane with superior UV resistance for long-lasting gloss retention. Recommended for showrooms, warehouses, labs, swimming pool decks, driveways, parking garages, and areas with vehicular and heavy pedestrian traffic.

Limitations:

• Not for use in California
• For best results, apply with a 3/8" nap roller
• Substrate temperature must be 5°F above dew point
• All new concrete must be cured for at least 30 days prior to application
• Concrete and joints must be thoroughly dry prior to application
• Applying thicker than recommended may result in product failure and bubbling
• Not recommended to apply directly to concrete without a suitable primer

How to Use:

1. Premix SuperThane until well blended
2. Add PermaFlex Accelerator (5%-10%) to the amount of product intended for use, blend well
3. Apply to surface using a 3/8" nap roller or 1/8" notched squeegee
