The Concrete Protector's Tile Prep is a water-based bonding primer formulated to prepare ceramic tile, glazed brick, porcelain, and other masonry surfaces for waterproof coating applications. Designed to promote adhesion on smooth, non-porous surfaces that would otherwise resist bonding, Tile Prep creates a receptive surface that accepts primers and coatings with confidence. An essential first step before applying any waterproofing system over tiled or glazed surfaces.

• Coverage: 200-500 sq. ft. per gallon (depending on surface porosity and texture)

Limitations:

• Surface must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oils, and loose material before application
• Not a standalone waterproofing product
• Do not apply in temperatures below 50°F or above 90°F
• Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces
